Anonymous Whistleblower Reporting System
We operate the Anonymous Whistleblower Reporting System through which our employees and external stakeholders can report unethical actions. The system is run by an independent specialist organization outside the group and the identification of informers (whistleblowers) In order to protect informers (whistleblowers) and their reports, IP trackers and logs are blocked and deleted strictly.

for non-arm's length transactionsTo enhance transparency & fairness, employees are able to report when non-arm's length relationships are established with existing or new suppliers. -

Receipts of External Lecture FeeIf employees receive compensation for giving lectures or providing consulting advice using company information, a system encourages them to donate 50% of their compensation.
Incident Disclosure System and Preventive Actions
All Orion-affiliated companies operate our Incident Disclosure System for sharing knowledge and timely responses to major incidents such as issues on products, HR affairs, accidents, and security with relevant departments via timely, accurate reporting. We also adopted our Weak Point Management into practice where we identify potential risks by each duty by analyzing accident data that has been accumulated in the system.
CSR Activity Participation System
The CSR Activity Participation System is implemented to ensure effective guidance and systematic management of ethical management activities. It contains information regarding the major activities conducted by our employees, as well as their volunteer activities and ethical practices.
