Human Rights Risk Management Policy
Orion respects all employees' human rights and aims to mitigate risks by establishing an internal system necessary for the implementation of this human rights management policy. We will conduct regular human rights risk assessments and improvements, and we will sufficiently share the results with our stakeholders.
A human rights management organization at Orion will implement a human rights risk management system based on the principles of good faith and sincerity. We will periodically review considerations for human rights management and actively reflect social changes and trends to enhance this management system.
Human Rights Grievance Mechanism (for internal/external stakeholders)
